Specifically, based on Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular 03/2022/TT-BTC , the content and level of support for rehabilitation and orthopedic surgery are regulated as follows:

The level of expenditure according to the price of medical services prescribed by a competent authority for public health facilities at the time of implementation;

Expenses support examination after orthopedic surgery to determine health status and provide further treatment solutions

The level of support is based on the price of public transport applied in the locality.

+ In case of arrangement by means of agencies or units, the support level is 0.2 liters of gasoline/km calculated according to the actual number of kilometers and the price of gasoline at the time of transportation.

+ In case of renting a car from outside, the rental price according to the contract will be negotiated and consistent with the price in the area at the time of rental;

Expenses for meal support for the beneficiaries and 01 accompanying person (if any) during orthopedic surgery (in the case of disabled children under 6 years old belonging to poor households, near-poor households, ethnic minority households). minorities)

Support level 70,000 VND/person/day.

(Currently, the support level for the patient is 40,000 VND/person/day; the patient's family is 30,000 VND/person/day)

In addition, Circular 03/2022/TT-BTC also stipulates other support expenditure levels, including:

- Expenses for supporting tools and aids for the disabled : Depending on the disability type and degree of disability, the disabled person is supported VND 1,000,000/person to buy suitable tools and aids. .

- Expenses for replicating the model of livelihood support for people with disabilities; building a model to support people with disabilities to start a business; vocational training model associated with job creation for people with disabilities; cooperative model with people with disabilities participating in the product value chain; building models of disease prevention and disaster reduction to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities; building and replicating the "white stick" model of intelligent guidance for the visually impaired; independent living model and community integration; building a communication model that integrates advocacy and support for disadvantaged women in the community; building a self-help model of disabled women; building model routes and replicating public passenger transport vehicles for people with disabilities to join traffic: Depending on the content of each model approved by the competent authority (according to local decentralization), the head of the agency or unit decides to apply the corresponding expenditure level as prescribed.
