Proper nouns refer to Vietnamese people's names

Common name: Capitalize the 1 letter of all syllables of proper nouns that refer to a person's name.

Nicknames, names of historical figures: Capitalize the 1 letter of all syllables.

Proper nouns that refer to the names of foreigners are transliterated into Vietnamese

In case of transliteration into Sino-Vietnamese pronunciation: Write according to the rules for writing Vietnamese names.

The name of an administrative unit is composed of a common noun (province, city, district, town, commune, ward, town) with the proper name of that administrative unit: Capitalize the 1 letter of each syllable. The details form proper names and do not use hyphens.

Thai Nguyen city, Nam Dinh province, Dak Lak province; Hai Chau district, Gia Lam district, Ea H'leo district, Song Cong town, Cau Giat town; Nguyen Trai ward, Ia Yeng commune, Dien Bien Phu ward.

In case the name of an administrative unit is composed of a common noun combined with a number: Capitalize the common noun indicating that administrative unit.

Geographic names are composed of common nouns that refer to terrain (rivers, mountains, lakes, seas, gates, wharves, bridges, pools, creeks, etc.) with a proper noun (one syllable) that becomes the name. specific to that place name: Capitalize all the letters that make up the place name.
