Method 1: Register or cancel via SMS (via prefix 5656)
To subscribe to the Non-Advertising List: Compose a message with the syntax DK DNC to 5656 .

Method 2: Register through the website
Visit website https://khongquangcao.ais.gov.vn/
Step 1 : Enter the subscriber number to block spam messages and calls.
Select Subscribe to make a subscription to the Non-Advertising List
Step 2 : Enter the OTP code that the system sends a message to the subscriber.
After entering the OTP code, select Continue .
Step 3 : The system notifies the processing results.

| Criteria to identify spam messages, spam calls, spam emails 1. Messages are identified as spam messages based on the following criteria: a) Sending frequency is the number of messages sent from the sending source in a period of time; b) Usage behavior characteristics: The sending source is mainly used for outgoing texting, the rate of making and receiving calls is low; The rate of sending messages to subscribers who do not have a relationship is the ratio of sending messages to subscribers who have no relationship (who have never texted before) over the total number of messages sent; c) Spam message samples are character samples used to identify spam messages, including spam message samples collected and shared by telecommunications enterprises. 2. Calls are identified as spam calls based on the following criteria: a) Call making frequency is the number of calls made from the calling source in a period of time; b) Behavioral characteristics: The sending source is mainly used to make outgoing calls, not to receive and send messages; The ratio of calls with short contact time is the ratio of the number of calls with a short duration (from connection to the end of the call) to the total number of calls; The ratio of calls with short time between calls is the ratio of the number of calls with short time between calls (the time interval between two consecutive outgoing calls) to the total number of calls; Outgoing call rate for non-relationship subscribers is the ratio of calls to non-relational phone numbers (that have never been called before) to total outgoing calls. 3.
