When enough isolation time is reached, F0 performs a rapid antigen test. If the antigen test result is negative, F0 takes the following steps to obtain a confirmation of completion of home isolation:

Step 1 : Take a photo of the COVID-19 rapid test tray with negative results and have just been tested
( Note : The name and date of the test must be written on the specimen.)
Step 2 : Access the address: https://khaibaof0.tphcm.gov.vn (on a computer or smartphone with internet connection) and select " declare completion of isolation ".
Step 3 : Enter the mobile phone number you are using in the box " Enter a verified phone number "; then click on “ Get OTP Code ” button .
The system will automatically send the OTP code to the phone number entered in the form of SMS.
Enter the OTP code in the box “OTP verification code”, then press the “ Continue ” button .
Step 4: After pressing the “Continue” button
** In case F0 already has information on the COVID-19 Management Digital Platform (declared by F0, entered by medical facilities on the software).
+ The system will switch to the screen "test results after isolation".
+ Enter test date, test result (attach negative test result image).
+ After completing, press the "Save" button to send the information of negative test results during the isolation period to the health station where you live.
+ The system will send a text message to the phone number that the person has just declared with the content "The system has received information about the negative test result of Mr./Ms.…………. PCD PCD ward.... will send it. Certificate of completion via the email address that you have declared, if you do not have an email, please go to the medical station to receive it. Thank you".
** In case F0 does not have information on the COVID-19 Management Digital Platform (because F0 has not "declared F0" via the address: https://khaibaof0.tphcm.gov.vn when the test result is positive. ).
+ The system will display the message “Your information is not available on the COVID-19 Patient Management System. Please declare the contents below”
+ Persons in quarantine will declare personal information (attach photo of identity card/citizen identification card or photo identification), time of positive test result, time of result. negative test result (attach a picture of negative test result).
+ After completing, press the "Save" button to send the information of negative test results during the isolation period to the health station where you live.
+ The system will send a message to the phone number of the person just declared with the content "The system has received information about the negative test result of Mr./Ms.…………. PCD PCD ward.... will Check the information and contact Mr/Ms as soon as possible. Thank you".
When receiving a text message announcing F0's negative test result, the staff of the Health Station assigned to issue a confirmation of login to the Health Station account at https://covid19.medinet.org .vn:75 to perform the following steps:
Check that the negative test result information after the isolation period is transferred to the COVID-19 Management Platform via the Health Station's account.
*For the case that has "declared F0" via the address: https://khaibaof0.tphcm.gov.vn when the test result is positive
- Select F0 name from “Certification waiting list”.
- Click the button “Finish quarantine”. The system will send a message "Mr/Ms. has completed isolation at home from ………… to …………………….”.
- In case the health station has not used an electronic signature:
+ Click “Export Confirmation” then select the file format you want to download, adjust the information (if necessary) and print the confirmation.
+ Leader of the Health Station (assigned by the Commune-level Steering Committee for Epidemic Prevention and Control) to sign the certification and stamp the Health Station.
+ Log in to the Digital COVID-19 Management Platform, select F0 to send an email, enter the email content and attach a scanned copy of the signed confirmation and press the "send email" button. An electronic copy will be sent to the email of the declared F0.
- In case the medical station digitally signs the confirmation, click "digitally sign and send email". Mail will be automatically sent to F0's email.
* For the case that has not "declared F0" via the address: https://khaibaof0.tphcm.gov.vn when the test result is positive
- Based on the list of F0s in the "negative declaration list", call to verify information or check the list of F0s isolated at home by local COVID-19 home care facilities. Desks in charge (Mobile medical station, COVID-19 care team in the community, Mobile medical team...).
- If there is evidence to determine that F0 is isolated at home. The health station presses “receive” and follows the procedure in step (a).
- If there is no evidence to determine that F0 is isolated at home. The medical station clicks "refuse to issue confirmation".
- The system will send a notice to the quarantined person "The ward PCD PCD.... refuses to issue a certificate of completion of isolation to Mr/Ms…………..because there is no evidence to identify Mr/Ms. F0 is isolated at home”.
Note: In case F0 does not have an email, a paper copy can be received directly at the Health Station; After 5 days from the date of completion of home isolation, if F0 does not receive the paper directly at the Health Station, the Health Station will transfer the confirmation letter to the Residential Group to support home delivery to people.
