Article 112. Public holidays and New Year holidays
1. Employees are entitled to take leave from work and enjoy full salary on the following holidays and New Year holidays:

e) Hung King's death anniversary: 01 day (March 10 of the lunar calendar).
Thus, according to the above regulations, employees are entitled to leave work and enjoy full salary on the anniversary of Hung King's death anniversary.
In addition, this year's Hung King's death anniversary, which is the 10th day of the third lunar month in 2022, falls on a Sunday (April 10, 2022 of the solar calendar) which is a weekly rest day. Therefore, on the occasion of the Hung Kings Anniversary holiday in 2022, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees will have a compensatory leave for the next Monday (April 11, 2022). The specific holiday schedule is as follows:
1. Employees are entitled to 2 days off/week (on Saturday and Sunday)
On the occasion of the death anniversary of Hung Kings 2022, employees are entitled to 3 consecutive days off from April 9, 2022 (Saturday) to the end of April 11, 2022 (Monday).
2. Employees are entitled to 01 day off/week (on Sunday)
On the occasion of the death anniversary of Hung Kings 2022, employees are entitled to 2 consecutive days off from April 10, 2022 (Sunday) to the end of April 11, 2022 (Monday).
3. For cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees in state agencies, public non-business units, political organizations, socio-political organizations
On the occasion of the death anniversary of Hung Kings 2022, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees are entitled to 3 consecutive days off from April 9, 2022 (Saturday) to the end of April 11, 2022 (Sunday).
