The Ministry of Health has just issued Decision No. 2318/QD-BYT regarding the publication of newly promulgated/annulledadministrative procedures in the field of food safety and nutrition under the management functions of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam.

Notably, the guidelines include procedures for registering the product declaration for food safety and hygiene (FSH) for imported and domestically produced goods, along with other procedures related to the State inspection of FSH for goods imported under specific inspection methods. Specifically, 10 new administrative procedures have been promulgated as follows:
