Circular 35/2022/TT-BQP Accordingly, the regulation on changing the electricity usage norm for daily life for key students in the near future

The norm of using electricity and clean water in daily life according to current law?
Pursuant to Article 11 of Circular 116/2015/TT-BQP, the norms for using electricity and clean water in daily life are prescribed as follows:
"Article 11. Norms for use of electricity and clean water in daily life
1. Electricity usage norms for cipher students include norms of electricity use for daily life, training and other tasks, specifically:
a) The norm of electricity use for daily life for students with basic skills is guaranteed at 10 KWh/person/month;
b) Electricity usage norms for training for cipher students comply with the provisions of Table 3, List No. 05 issued together with Decree No. 32/2013/ND-CP dated April 16, 2013 of the Government. The Government shall detail and guide the implementation of a number of articles of the Cipher Law regarding regimes and policies towards persons doing cipher work;
c) Electricity usage norm for other tasks is the power usage level (KWh of electricity) prescribed for use in a month for cipher students to ensure the tasks not falling under the tasks mentioned at Points a and b This Clause (treasure work, library, museum, scientific research, cultural and artistic activities, physical training and sports, electricity and water pumping).
The electricity usage norms prescribed for other tasks shall be equal to the electricity usage norms for other tasks for students training officers specializing in engineering at academies and schools in the Army. team.
2. The norm for using clean water in daily life is to ensure that the standards are met is 130 to 150 liters of clean water for daily life per person/day. The units working in the area that do not have clean water to share, depending on the actual conditions, can be equipped with machines to exploit clean water sources or invest in construction of works to serve daily-life water to ensure safety from 130 to 150 liters of clean water per person per day."
Thus, based on the above regulations, it is possible to know the norm of using electricity and clean water in daily life for students with basic needs.


How is the energy usage norm for daily life for students with musculoskeletal system changed?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 35/2022/TT-BQP, which stipulates as follows:
"Article 1. Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP dated October 1, 2015 by the Minister of National Defense stipulating material and logistical standards for cipher students ( hereinafter abbreviated as Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP)
1. Point a, Clause 1, Article 11 is to be amended as follows:
a) The norm of electricity use for daily life for students with basic skills is guaranteed at 11 KWh/person/month.
..."
Thus, through the above regulation, it can be seen that. The norm of daily-life electricity usage for musculoskeletal students is guaranteed to increase from 10 KWh/person/month to 11 KWh/person/month.
Circular 35/2022/TT-BQP officially takes effect from June 10, 2022.
