Law of Emulation, Reward 2022 has added a number of rewards for foreign collectives and individuals in Vietnam.

Vietnam's Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022 stipulates that foreigners are considered and awarded with the following forms of reward:
- Ho Chi Minh Order;
- Orders of Independence of all classes;
- Labor Order of all class;
- Friendship Order;
- Friendship Medal;
- Ho Chi Minh Prize;
- State Award;
- Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of Vietnam;
Currently, foreigners are only considered for the following rewards:
- Friendship Order;
- Friendship Medal;
- Ho Chi Minh Prize;
- State Award.
