28 Legislative Documents on Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals That Ceased to Be Effective From November 15, 2018 in Vietnam

On September 28, 2018, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam issued Circular 25/2018/TT-BYT abolishing several legislative documents in the field of healthcare. From November 15, 2018, the following documents will officially cease to be effective:

  1. Decision 31/2005/QD-BYT on medical sector standards
  1. Decision 43/2005/QD-BYT promulgating the "Regulations on Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge Requirements for Direct Food Producers and Sellers"
  1. Decision 21/2007/QD-BYT regulating health conditions for those directly involved in the processing of pre-packaged and ready-to-eat foods
  1. Circular 01/2000/TT-BYT guiding the implementation of food safety and quality inspection and registration
  1. Circular 19/2012/TT-BYT guiding the declaration of conformity and declaration of conformity with food safety regulations
  1. Directive 05/2005/CT-BYT on strengthening the assurance of street food safety and hygiene
