1. Decision 93/1999/QD-TTg dated April 5, 1999 of the Prime Minister on the training regime for controllers to directly participate in handling incidents when there are flood or storm alarms.

2. Decision 150/2003/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2003 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing Decision 46/2001/QD-TTg on the management of export and import of goods in the period 2001–2005 and Decision 79/2002/QD-TTg on the management of the recording of foreign television programs.
