The Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree 110/2021/ND-CP fully annulling certain legal documents.
All 13 Decrees of Vietnamese Goverment are annulled
According to the Decree, 3 Decrees are fully annulled in Vietnam, including:
1. Decree 63/CP detailing the regulations on industrial property.
2. Decree 06/2001/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Dovernments Decree no. 63/DP of October 24, 1996 specifying the industrial property.
3. Decree 54/2000/ND-CP on the protection of indus-trial property rights to business secrets, geographical indications and commercial names, and the protection of the right against industrial property-related unfair competitions.
4. Decree 60/2000/ND-CP stipulating the execution of the non-custodial reform penalty.
5. Decree 61/2000/ND-CP stipulating the execution of suspended sentences.
6. Decree 72/2000/ND-CP on the overseas publication and dissemination of works.
7. Decree 52/2001/ND-CP guiding the execution of judicial measure of sending to reformatory schools.
8. Decree 53/2001/ND-CP guiding the enforcement of the residence ban and probation penalties.
9. Decree 54/2001/ND-CP guiding the execution of expulsion penalty.
10. Decree 42/2003/ND-CP on the protection of industrial property rights over semiconductor integrated circuit layout designs.
11. Decree 140/2006/ND-CP providing for the environmental protection at stages of elaboration, evaluation, approval and implementation of development strategies, plannings, plans, programs and projects.
12. Decree 10/2012/ND-CP detailing the implementation of judicial measures on education in communes, wards and town against juvenile offenders.
13. Decree 92/2013/ND-CP detailing implementation of a number of articles that take effect on july 01, 2013 of the law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the law on enterprise income tax and law amending and supplementing a number of articles of law on value- added tax.
Decree 110/2021/ND-CP takes effect from December 15, 2021.
