- Recently, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam has issued the Joint Circular No. 08/2021/TTLT-BQP-BCA-VKSNDTC on coordination in arrest, custody and supervision of arrest and custody of agencies and persons assigned to conduct a number of investigative activities by the Border Guard and the Coast Guard.
