- The application of foreign standards, international standards on fire prevention and fighting is regulated in Decree 78/2011/ND-CP which stipulates the coordination between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam in organizing the implementation of fire prevention and fighting tasks for defense establishments, issued on September 1, 2011.
