- The Vietnam National Wage Council has agreed to increase the region-based minimum wages by 5.3% in 2019. Specifically, Increased amounts in region-based minimum wages are 200,000 VND for Region I; 180,000 VND for Region II; and 160,000 VND for Region III and Region IV.
