On October 21, 2024, the Minister of Finance issued Circular 73/2024/TT-BTC, stipulating the collection rates, exemptions, and policies for collecting and submitting charges for the issuance, replacement, and reissuance of ID cards.
The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam proposes the charge for issuing ID cards, in which application through the public service portal will receive a 50% fee reduction.
