According to Official Dispatch 1040/VKSTC-V8 dated March 20, 2018, regarding the replacement and supplementation of report content, the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam requires Room 8 to report according to Form No. 23 (at Decision 386/QD-VKSTC dated October 10, 2017), and simultaneously add the following 05 contents:

- Compliance with the law in considering and deciding to postpone, exempt from execution, reduce the term, temporarily suspend or exempt from execution the remaining time of applying administrative violation handling measures at the People’s Court;- Violations of the law in considering and deciding to postpone, exempt from execution, reduce the term, temporarily suspend or exempt from execution the remaining time of applying administrative violation handling measures at the People’s Court;- Results of supervisory work on procedures for considering and deciding to apply administrative violation handling measures at the People’s Court;- Results of supervisory work on consideration and decision-making regarding postponement, exemption from execution, reduction of the term, temporary suspension or exemption from execution of the remaining time of applying administrative violation handling measures at the People’s Court;- Results of supervisory work on complaints, recommendations, and protests against the decisions to postpone, exempt from execution, reduce the term, temporarily suspend or exempt from execution the remaining time of applying administrative violation handling measures at the People’s Court.

At the same time, the Supreme People’s Procuracy requests the provincial People’s Procuracy to compile and attach the following appendices to the monthly report:
- Appendix 1: List of overdue temporary detention for the month;- Appendix 2: List of overdue temporary imprisonment for the month;- Appendix 3: List of persons in temporary detention, temporary imprisonment who escaped, died, or committed new crimes;- Appendix 4: List of inmates who escaped, died, or committed new crimes;- Appendix 5: List of persons in temporary detention, temporary imprisonment, and inmates released according to Clause 2, Article 22, Clause 2, Article 25 Law on Organization of the People’s Procuracy 2014- Appendix 6: List of persons sentenced to death currently in temporary detention at detention centers;- Appendix 7: Statistics on the supervision of postponement, exemption from execution, reduction of the term, temporary suspension, or exemption from execution of the remaining time of applying administrative violation handling measures at the People’s Court;
