Decree 133/2020/ND-CP providing detailed guidance on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments, was newly promulgated on November 09, 2020, including several changes compared to the previous regulations. Regulations on inmates' clothing and personal properties have also seen some modifications compared to earlier.
