In order to assist Customers and Members in understanding current legal regulations related to violations of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, LawNet would like to summarize the fines for corresponding violations related to Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control in the article below

3	Failure to perform testing to detect Covid-19 at the request of competent state agencies	VND 500,000 - VND 1,000,000
4	Failure to declare or reporting dishonestly and promptly the progress of your Covid-19 disease to assigned physicians and medical staff	A warning or a fine of VND 100,000 - VND 300,000
5	Failure to comply with instructions on preventing and controlling Covid-19 infection from physicians, medical staff, rules and regulations of medical examination and treatment facilities
6	Failure to register for health monitoring with the commune, ward or town health station where the person with Covid-19 resides after leaving the medical examination and treatment facility
7	Failure to ensure protective clothing and personal hygiene conditions for physicians, medical staff, patients and patients' families	VND 1,000,000 - VND 2,000,000
8	Failure to notify information related to people infectious with Covid-19 being examined and treated at their medical examination and treatment facility to the local preventive health agency

Legal basis: Decree No. 176/2013/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government on penalties for administrative violations against medical laws and Decree No. 109/2013/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government on penalties for administrative violations against the law on price management, fee management, and invoicing.

Note: On April 01, 2020, the Prime Minister of Vietnam signed Decision No. 447/QĐ-TTg on declaration of Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam, which determines that Covid-19 is a Group A infectious disease, nationwide.
