FULL TEXT OF 10 LAWS JUST PASSED AT THE 9TH SESSION OF THE 14TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
1. Law on Judicial Expertise Amendment 2020
On the afternoon of June 10, under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Uong Chu Luu, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Judicial Expertise.
According to the voting results, 449/457 delegates voted in favor, accounting for 92.96% of the total number of National Assembly deputies. The National Assembly has passed the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Judicial Expertise.
The Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Judicial Expertise shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

2. Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court 2020
On the afternoon of June 16, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Uong Chu Luu chaired the working session.
After listening to the explanatory report, acquiring, and revising the draft Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court, the National Assembly voted to pass the Draft Law with 90.27% of National Assembly deputies voting in favor.
With 04 Chapters and 42 Articles, the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

3. Youth Law 2020
On the afternoon of June 16, the National Assembly passed the amended Youth Law with 91.30% of National Assembly deputies voting in favor of the Law.
The Youth Law 2020 shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

4. Enterprise Law 2020
On the morning of June 17, under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Phung Quoc Hien, the National Assembly officially passed the amended Enterprise Law with 90.68% of National Assembly deputies voting in favor.
The Enterprise Law 2020 shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

5. Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Law on Dikes Amendment 2020
On the morning of June 17, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and the Law on Dikes. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Phung Quoc Hien chaired the working session.
After listening to the explanatory report, acquiring, and revising the draft Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and the Law on Dikes, the National Assembly officially passed the draft law with 92.34% of National Assembly deputies voting in favor.
The Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and the Law on Dikes comprises 03 Articles. Specifically: Article 1 stipulates the amendment and supplementation of several articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control; Article 2 stipulates the amendment and supplementation of several articles of the Law on Dikes; Article 3 stipulates the effective date.
The Law shall take effect from July 1, 2021.

6. Investment Law 2020
On the afternoon of June 17, the National Assembly voted to pass the amended Investment Law with 7 chapters, 77 articles, and 4 appendices with 446/458 deputies participating in the vote in favor (92.34% of the total number of National Assembly deputies). One of the notable points is that the law prohibits the "debt collection service business."
The Law shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

7. Law on Construction Amendment 2020
On the afternoon of June 17, continuing the working program for the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly, under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Phung Quoc Hien, 97.18% of the present delegates voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Construction.
This Law shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

8. Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents Amendment 2020
On the morning of June 18, under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Uong Chu Luu, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.
The results show that 92.96% of National Assembly deputies participated in the vote in favor of passing the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.
This Law shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

9. Law on Investment by Public-Private Partnership 2020
On the afternoon of June 18, with a total of 456 deputies participating in the vote (94.41%), of which 448 voted in favor (92.75%), 1 voted against, and 7 did not vote, the National Assembly officially passed the Law on Investment by Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
The Law on Investment by Public-Private Partnership (PPP) comprises 11 chapters and 101 articles, is a unified law regulating investment activities, attracting the private sector to participate in investing in several important and essential infrastructure areas under the PPP model.
This Law shall take effect from January 1, 2021.

10. Law on Organization of the National Assembly Amendment 2020
On the afternoon of June 19, under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Uong Chu Luu, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly.
The results show that 87.37% of National Assembly deputies participated in the vote in favor of passing the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly.
The Law on Organization of the National Assembly 2020 shall take effect from January 1, 2021.
