Decree 91/2019/ND-CP on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of land was issued on November 19, 2019, and officially came into effect from January 5, 2020 in Vietnam. This Decree specifically stipulates the acts of violation in the field of land that will be subject to administrative sanctions and the corresponding fines as follows:
