Below is one of the administrative procedure simplification plans regarding judicial records and the requirement to submit notarized and authenticated copies of documents as mentioned in Decision 199/QD-TTg dated February 09, 2018 in Vietnam.

At Decision 199, the Prime Minister of Vietnam put forward a plan that does not stipulate the form of notarized copies and concurrently allows the requester to choose one of the following forms of copies: submitting a copy from the original register or a copy and presenting the original for comparison or a certified copy (for direct submission); submitting a certified copy (for postal submission) for the following administrative procedures documents:
