Penalties for 13 violations related to COVID-19 prevention and control
To continue implementing the directives of the Central Government and the City in the COVID-19 acute respiratory disease prevention and control efforts within the City's territory, the City's Coordinating Council for legal dissemination and education requests the departments, agencies, unions, City units, and district-level Coordinating Councils for legal dissemination and education to actively promote the dissemination, and legal education on COVID-19 prevention and control measures, promptly implementing the following contents:
- Focus on promptly disseminating the directives of the Central Government and the City on COVID-19 prevention and control, giving emphasis to officials, public employees, employees, and the population with accurate and timely information on the developments, dangerous characteristics, risks, harms, and prevention measures of the disease.
- Intensify the dissemination of prohibited acts, groups of prohibited acts, and penalties for 13 law violations related to COVID-19 prevention and control (with the attached Appendix) through appropriate formats in newspapers, radio, local broadcasting systems, scrolling text on television, Hanoi Smart City system, infographics, etc.
