August 18, 2017, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 97/2017/ND-CP on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 81/2013/ND-CP providing guidance and measures to implement the Law on Handling Administrative Violations.

Currently, Decree 97/2017/ND-CP of Vietnam's Government has abolished the Annex on the minutes and decision templates issued together with Decree 81/2013/ND-CP. Therefore, from October 5, 2017, the 55 Decision and Minutes Templates on handling administrative violations listed above will be applied.
