1. Dossier for Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility for Gold Jewelry and Artwork Production
According to Article 8 of Circular 16/2012/TT-NHNN and Clause 1 Article 1 of Circular 03/2017/TT-NHNN, the dossier for requesting the issuance of a Certificate of Eligibility for Gold Jewelry and Artwork Production includes:
- Application for the issuance of a Certificate of Eligibility for Gold Jewelry and Artwork Production;- Certificate of Business Registration and documents proving the business has registered to operate gold jewelry and artwork production in accordance with the law;- Documents proving ownership or the right to use the production location; a list of materials and equipment serving the gold jewelry and artwork production activities.
2. Dossier for Issuance of Business License for Gold Bar Trading
Based on Clause 1 Article 9 of Circular 16/2012/TT-NHNN and Clause 2 Article 1 of Circular 03/2017/TT-NHNN, the dossier for requesting the issuance of a Business License for Gold Bar Trading includes:
- Application for the issuance of a Business License for Gold Bar Trading;- A list of registered locations for gold bar trading businesses (headquarters, branches, business locations);- Certificate of Business Registration, Certificate of Branch Operation Registration, and documents indicating the registered locations for gold bar trading business as per the registered business list or as notified to the competent business registration authority according to the law;- Confirmation from the tax authority regarding the amount of tax paid for gold business activities in the preceding 2 years.
