5. Application documents |
- Application form for public employee recruitment (Form No. 1 Circular 15/2012/TT-BNV) - Self-written resume, certified by a state agency within 06 months; - Copies of diplomas, certificates, and academic transcripts as required for the position. If the diploma is issued by a foreign educational institution, it must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese; - Valid health certificate - Certificate of being in the priority category for public employee recruitment (certified); - Certification of practical working time suitable for the recruitment position by the agency or unit where one has worked or is working; - 02 photos 4 x 6 (taken within the last 06 months); - 02 stamped envelopes with clear address and contact phone number. |
