- The nationality register templates and nationality documents, as per the above list, are published on the Ministry of Justice's electronic portal (at www.moj.gov.vn). Authorized agencies handling nationality matters are to access and print these templates for use.
- Persons requiring resolution of nationality matters should access the Ministry of Justice's electronic portal to print and use the application forms, personal history declarations, and declarations. In cases where the person requiring the resolution cannot print the forms themselves, the authorized agencies handling the case files have the responsibility to print and provide them free of charge.
