On July 28, 2021, the General Department of Customs of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch No. 3760/TCHQ-CNTT looking up E-form D C/O.

According to the Official Dispatch No. 3760/TCHQ-CNTT, within the framework of implementing the ASEAN Single Window, in order to facilitate businesses and stakeholders in the process of carrying out customs procedures using the E-form D C/O, the General Department of Customs of Vietnam announced as follows:
From August 1, 2021, the General Department of Customs of Vietnam has implemented a function that allows businesses and related parties to look up the status of E-form D C/O:
- Access address:
Enterprises access the National Single Window Portal (address: https://vnsw.gov.vn), click the C/O Lookup Menu or access directly at the following address: https://khaibaohoso.vnsw. gov.vn/common/COFormDTracking.
- In order to implement the above function effectively, the General Department of Customs of Vietnam proposes the Customs Departments of provinces and cities:
+ Notify enterprises carrying out relevant customs procedures to know and guide the use of the above function;
+ Actively use the above function and review and report problems (if any) about errors or request support to the General Department of Customs of Vietnam via the Support Department of the General Department of Customs at phone number 1900 9299 and send email to: bophanhotrotchq@customs.gov.vn for support and handling.
