Hanoi-Vietnam: Internal customs guidance on initiating administrative lawsuits

On July 28, 2017, the General Department of Customs of Vietnam signed Decision 2587/QD-TCHQ promulgating the Internal Guideline on the procedures for participating in administrative procedure in courts for the Customs authorities.

The internal guidance includes the following main contents:
