Specifically, extending the storage period for goods at duty-free stores, warehouses of duty-free goods sales enterprises, and goods stored in bonded warehouses is as follows:
Goods stored at duty-free shops, warehouses of duty-free sales enterprises, goods stored in bonded warehouses have expired storage time, including the extension period as prescribed in Articles 47 and 61 of the Law . Customs No. 54/2014/QH13 has been amended and supplemented with a number of articles under Law No. 71/2014/QH13 and Law No. 35/2018/QH14 , arising from April 1, 2020 under Decision 447/ Decision-TTg dated April 1, 2020 of the Prime Minister on the announcement of the COVID-19 epidemic until the date the competent person declares the end of the COVID-19 epidemic nationwide , shall be kept until no later than 12 months after the date of announcement of the end of the epidemic .
Goods stored in bonded warehouses, which are entitled to an extension of the storage period as prescribed above, must be exported through international border gates or main border gates upon export.
The Resolution also stated that the Minister of Finance, based on the developments of the COVID-19 epidemic, socio-economic development conditions and requirements of state management, decided to terminate the application of the extension of the stay period. keep goods at duty-free shops, warehouses of duty-free sales enterprises, goods in bonded warehouses before the expiry of the above-mentioned time limit.
Resolution 10/2021/UBTVQH15 takes effect from December 8, 2021.
