According to the provisions of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP, when the auto transport business license is lost or damaged, the transport unit will submit an application for re-issuance of the auto transport business license

Application and procedures for re-issuance of the auto transport business license are as follows:

1. Application for re-issuance of the auto transport business license due to loss or damage

Application for re-issuance of the auto transport business license due to loss or damage is:

An application for the business license made using the form in Appendix I of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP.

2. Procedures for re-issuance of the license for transport business by car due to loss or damage

- Step 1: Submit the application

The transport business shall submit an application for reissuance of the business license to the Department of Transport of the province where the business’s headquarters or branch is located.

- Step 2: Check profile

Within 02 working days from the date of receipt of the application, if the application needs to be amended, the issuing authority shall inform the contents to be amended to the applicant:

+ Directly;

+ In writing;

+ Via the online public services system.

- Step 3: Resolve

Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the adequate application, the issuing authority shall issue the auto transport business license made using the form in Appendix II of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP.

If the application is rejected, the issuing authority shall explain the reason to the applicant in writing or via the online public services system.
