A fine of between VND 800,000 and VND 1,000,000 shall be imposed on drivers of motorcycles, mopeds (including electric mopeds), vehicles similar to motorcycles and motorcycles-like vehicles. pass the red light.

2. Penalty for running a red light when driving a car
According to point a clause 5 Article 5 Decree 100/2019/ND-CP as amended by point dd clause 34 Article 2 Decree 123/2021/ND-CP stipulates:
Drivers of cars and vehicles similar to cars that run red lights will be fined VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 and have their driving license revoked from 01 month to 03 months. month.

3. Penalties for running red lights when operating tractors or special-use motorcycles
According to point dd clause 5 Article 7 Decree 100/2019/ND-CP as amended by point d clause 34 Article 2 Decree 123/2021/ND-CP stipulates:
A fine ranging from VND 2,000,000 to VND 3,000,000 shall be imposed on the operator of a tractor or special-use motorcycle that runs a red light (in the past, the fine for this act of running a red light was 1-2 million VND). ).
In addition to being fined, the vehicle operator is also deprived of the right to use the Driver's License (when operating a tractor), the certificate of training in legal knowledge on road traffic (when operating a special-use motorcycle). from 1 month to 3 months.
In case the operator of a tractor or special-use motorcycle runs a red light and causes a traffic accident, the right to use the driver's license (when operating the tractor) or the certificate of training in traffic law knowledge will be revoked. by road (when operating special-use motorbikes) from 02 months to 04 months.
