Circular 12/2017/TT-BGTVT regulates the training, testing, and issuance of road motor vehicle driver's licenses, effective from June 1, 2017. Enclosed with this Circular are appendices specifying the forms used in training, testing, and issuing driver's licenses for cars and motorcycles (amended and supplemented by Circular 38/2019/TT-BGTVT), including the following forms:
