Below notable content is regulated in Circular 19/2020/TT-BGTVT, which stipulates the price levels and price frameworks for specialized aviation services at airports and aerodromes in Vietnam from March 1, 2020, to September 30, 2020, issued by the Minister of Transport.

Circular 19/2020/TT-BGTVT stipulates that from March 1, 2020, to September 30, 2020, the rates for aircraft takeoff and landing services and flight operation services for domestic flights in Vietnam shall apply at 50% of the rates specified in Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT, which regulates the rates and prices for certain aviation services at airports in Vietnam.

Based on Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT and Circular 19/2020/TT-BGTVT, the service rate table for domestic flights landing at group A and group B airports, based on the landing time of each flight as scheduled by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam to be applied from March 1, 2020, to September 30, 2020, is as follows:
- Applied during regular hours

- Applied during peak hours: charged at 115% of the rates specified in the above table.
- Applied during off-peak hours: charged at 85% of the rates specified in the above table.
Where:
- Group A consists of airports operating 24/24 hours.
- Group B comprises airports not included in Group A and Group C.
- Group C includes airports serving economic and social purposes, including Con Dao, Dien Bien, Ca Mau, Rach Gia airports.
Similarly, the rate for flight operation services for domestic flights, which includes takeoff and landing operation times at airports in Vietnam, to be applied from March 1, 2020, to September 30, 2020, is as follows:

Note: The rates and prices for certain aviation services mentioned above are applied from March 1, 2020, to September 30, 2020, according to Resolution 84/NQ-CP on tasks and solutions to continue removing difficulties for production and business, promoting disbursement of public investment capital, and ensuring social order and safety amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
From October 1, 2020, onward, the rates and prices for certain aviation services mentioned above shall continue to apply as stipulated in Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.
