Facing the complicated development of the epidemic, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam requires universities, colleges, academies, pedagogical colleges, and intermediate schools of pedagogy to strictly implement the above directives and focus on implementing the following activities:

- Based on the local epidemic situation, the training institution adjusts the teaching and learning plan in the current period and after the Tan Suu Lunar New Year holiday;

- Actively decide for students to leave school or switch to online teaching and learning (if necessary) according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam in Vietnam's Official Dispatch 795/BGDDT-GDDH dated March 13, 2020 on the implementation of distance training in response to the COVID-19 epidemic and Vietnam's Official Dispatch 988/BGDDT-GDDH dated March 23, 2020 on ensuring Distance learning quality during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period.

- Strengthen communication and understanding for all staff and students:

+ Strictly follow the "5K Rules" (mask, disinfection, distance, no gathering, and medical declaration); install and use the Bluezone app;

+ Limit movement away from the place of residence; if students return home for the Tet holiday, they must strictly adhere to safety precautions.

+ Strictly enforce medical declaration if you have symptoms of illness such as a cough, fever, or sore throat; if you have ever traveled to an epidemic area or had contact with people in F0, F1, or F2 categories.

Note: Heads of training institutions direct the implementation of the above contents, update information about the institution's teaching and learning organization plans and complicated epidemic situations to the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
