This is one of the prominent contents added in the Draft Circular regulating the recruitment of People's Public Security, which is currently open for public comments.

To be specific, according to this Draft, candidates wishing to participate in the university admission process of the People's Public Security must meet the specified conditions. In particular, for high school graduates, the admission conditions are as follows:
- Academic performance must be average or higher, each subject combination for admission must be at least 6.5, and comply with other academic requirements set by the Ministry of Education and Training annually;- Not over 20 years old, with an exception for ethnic minorities who can be up to 22 years old;- Possess good ethical qualities. Must have conduct rating of good or higher, not married, and without biological children;- Meet the political standards as prescribed;- Satisfy the health standards for admission;- Special aptitude: Must be able to maintain calm, be agile, have good memory, logical thinking, and other qualities (if any) required by specific operational forces within the People's Public Security.
It can be seen that, compared to the current conditions, the Draft has added an aptitude condition for participants in the admission process. If this content in the Draft is approved, in the near future, candidates for the university level of People's Public Security will be required to have the ability to maintain calm, be agile, have good memory, logical thinking,…
Currently, the Draft does not specifically stipulate the standards or procedures for evaluating the aptitude of candidates.
