1. Forms of handling violations against high school graduation exam in 2022 in Vietnam
*Reprimand
- For contestants who make a mistake once;
- Look at the work or exchange it with other candidates;
This form is decided by the CBCT in the minutes.
*Warning
For candidates who commit one of the following errors:
- Have been reprimanded once, but during the exam time, that test continues to violate the exam regulations at the level of reprimand;
- Exchange work or scratch paper with other candidates;
- Copy another candidate's work or let another candidate copy his or her own;
Note: Disciplinary warning shall be decided by the CBCT in the minutes, enclosed with exhibits (if any).
*Exam suspension
For candidates who commit one of the following errors:
- Has been dealt with in the form of a warning once, but during the exam time, the test continues to violate the exam regulations at the level of reprimand or warning;
- Bringing illegal items as prescribed in Article 14 of the Regulation into the examination room/waiting room or when moving between the examination room and the waiting room;
- Take the exam questions out of the exam room or receive the solutions from outside the exam room; write, draw on their test paper things that are not related to the test;
- Acts of aggression, threatening those responsible during the exam or threatening other candidates;
- Failure to comply with the instructions of the supervisor or the lounge manager when moving in the exam area and during the time in the waiting room;
Carry out the suspension:
- The CBCT makes a record, collects exhibits (if any), and reports to the Head of the Examination Site to decide on the form of examination suspension.
If the Head of Examinations does not agree, it shall be reported to the Head of the Examination Board for decision.
- Candidates who are suspended from the test must submit their test papers, exam questions, and scratch paper to the CBCT, must leave the examination room immediately after the decision is made, and can only leave the examination area when the time of the exam is over;
Candidates who are suspended for any year will have their results for all exams/subjects canceled for that year.
*Examination score reduction
- Candidates who are reprimanded while taking an exam will have 25% of the total score of that test deducted;
- Candidates who are warned while taking any test will have 50% of the total score of that exam deducted;
- Exams with markings detected during marking will be deducted 50% of the total score;
- Score 0 (zero): The test is copied from unauthorized materials brought into the exam room; has two or more assignments for a test; is written by two or more people. Parts of the test are written on scratch paper or paper that is not in accordance with regulations;
- Candidates who are suspended from taking an exam will receive a score of 0 (zero) on that test and will not be allowed to continue taking the next exam;
Note: The deduction of test scores mentioned at points c and d, clause 4, Article 54 of the Regulations shall be decided by the Head of the Essay Marking Committee based on the written report of the Head of the Essay Marking Exam.
*Cancel exam results
- There are two or more exams with a score of 0 (zero) due to the violation specified at Point d, Clause 4, Article 54 of the Regulations;
- Write and draw on the exam paper the content that is not related to the test;
- Let someone else take the test or do the test on behalf of another person in any form;
- Correcting, adding, or subtracting to the work after submitting it;
- Use other people's work to submit.
Based on the written report of the Chairman of the Examination Council, the Director of the Department of Education and Training shall issue a decision to cancel the exam results.
*Cancel the exam results and make a dossier to send to the competent authority.
Cancel the exam results and prepare a dossier to be sent to the appropriate agency for consideration and handling in accordance with the law for candidates who commit one of the following errors:
- Forging records to enjoy priority and incentive regimes;
- Using illegal diplomas and certificates;
- Let someone else take the exam on behalf of, or do the test on behalf of, in any form;
- Acting to disrupt or sabotage the exam; assaulting exam participants or other candidates;
- Illegally using the certificate of exam results.
Note: For violations with criminal signs, the educational management agencies shall compile dossiers and send them to competent agencies for consideration and prosecution for penal liability according to regulations;
For other violations, depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, disciplinary action will be taken in the forms specified in Article 54 of the Regulation.
2. What are penalties for violation against high school graduation exam 2022 in Vietnam?
- Exams that violate the exam rules will be handled according to the above regulations.
Particularly for the combined exam, it should be noted that only points are deducted for any component subject that the candidate violates the discipline, not for the component subject that the candidate does not violate the discipline.
- In order for the deduction of points to be objective and at the prescribed rate, the Examination Council is required to correctly identify and update the form of handling violations in the QLT System before exporting data to support grading. exam (essay, multiple choice).
The Exam Marking Support software will automatically deduct test scores for candidates who violate discipline according to regulations.
- The Chairman of the Examination Council compares with the disciplinary record, signs the list of candidates whose points are deducted due to disciplinary violations (including the case where the candidate is suspended from the exam).
