Vietnam: 16 education institutions eligible to issue 6-level English certificates in 2021 (Illustration)

Issued together with Vietnam's Notice 138/TB-QLCL is a list of 16 schools that can organize exams and issue certificates in foreign languages in English according to the 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam, including:

- Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy;

- University of Foreign Languages ​​- Hue University;

- University of Foreign Languages ​​- Hanoi National University;

- University of Foreign Languages ​​- University of Danang;

- Thai Nguyen university;

- Can Tho University;

- Hanoi University;

- Hanoi National University of Education;

- Vinh University;

- People's security Academy;

- Saigon University;

- Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City;

- Tra Vinh University;

- Van Lang University;

- Quy Nhon University;

- Tay Nguyen University.

In addition, Vietnam's Notice 138/TB-QLCL also stipulates the units that can be tested and granted certificates of information technology application, including: 135 higher education institutions and 46 departments of education and training with test centers.

Regarding the certificate of staff training to take foreign language exams; The certificate of training for examiners of oral and written foreign languages ​​is issued by 5 schools, including:

- University of Foreign Languages ​​- University of Danang;

- University of Foreign Languages ​​- Hue University;

- University of Foreign Languages ​​- Hanoi National University;

- Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy;

- Thai Nguyen university;

Regarding the issuance of Vietnamese certificates for foreigners, there are 9 education institution eligible, including:

- Kowloon University;

- University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Hanoi National University;

- University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City;

- Hanoi National University of Education;

- Hanoi National University of Education 2;

- University of Education - University of Danang;

- University of Education - Thai Nguyen University;

- Huu Nghi School T78;

- Huu Nghi School 80.
