As stated in Article 14 of Decree 04/2021/ND-CP, the penalties for violations of examination regulations are as follows:

Additionally, Decree 04/2021/ND-CP also stipulates:

+ Unauthorized addition or alteration of exam content or scores.
+ Substitution of exam papers;
+ Organizing grading in contravention of regulations;+ Losing exam papers of examinees.
