In Official Dispatch 417/BGDDT-KTKDCLGD regarding the implementation of the Vietnam National High School Exam Regulations and the recognition of high school graduation in 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam has issued guidelines on additional points for priority groups and incentive points as follows:
