On July 28, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch 3282/BGDDT-TDKT guiding the implementation of the Movement "Innovation and Creativity in Teaching and Learning" for the period 2016 - 2020 with the main contents as follows:
Subjects:
Agencies, units, schools, small collectives, education management staff, teachers, lecturers, employees, students in the Education sector in Vietnam.
Contest Content
- Creating an open, green, clean, beautiful, friendly, and safe educational environment, preserving national cultural identity
- Innovating in teaching and learning, testing, and evaluating
- Promoting scientific research, technology transfer, and international integration;
- Effectively applying information technology in management, teaching, learning, testing, evaluating, and scientific research;
- Enhancing creative, entrepreneurial experience activities
- Promoting the construction of a learning society, lifelong learning;
Evaluation Criteria
1. Collective | Organizing and implementing the emulation movement effectively and practically; truly being a place to create, support, and serve for each educator, management staff, and student to have a favorable environment to maximize personal qualities and capacities; encouraging many collectives and individuals to voluntarily participate in emulating innovation and creativity in teaching and learning. |
2. Individual | |
Management Staff | The collective assigned to be in charge must be a collective with an effective and practical emulation movement; having many innovative and creative solutions in management, performing tasks and educational activities recognized by the collective; united, democratic, exemplary in performing tasks; effectively propagating innovative educational policies to colleagues and the social community. |
Teachers | Having many innovative and creative solutions in caring, educating, teaching, scientific research, and improving political, professional, and occupational theoretical knowledge recognized by the collective; possessing good professional ethics, actively helping colleagues; effectively propagating innovative educational policies to colleagues and the social community. |
School Employees | Having innovative and creative solutions in performing assigned tasks, achieving practical results, and being recognized by the collective; possessing good ethics, actively helping colleagues. |
Students | Achieving excellent results in study, training, creative experiential activities, entrepreneurship; winning high prizes in national and international competitions; having initiatives, inventions in scientific and technical research; overcoming difficulties, striving for academic excellence; performing courageous, brave, and noble actions; effectively participating in volunteer and charitable activities for the community recognized by authorized agencies, units, and organizations. |
