This is the directive of the Ministry of Education and Training on the implementation of online public services to serve parents and students in performing information technology (IT) tasks for the 2017 - 2018 school year at Official Dispatch 4116/BGDDT-IT.

One of the IT tasks carried out in the 2017 - 2018 academic year to note is the deployment of online public services for parents and students such as:
- Admission of students to initial classes (including all types of forms, online submission of applications, public listing of registered names, public announcement of admission results, and providing results online).- Providing free notifications of study and training scores through OTT messages, email, and school websites (limiting the use of paid messaging systems via mobile phones).
According to Official Dispatch 4116/BGDDT-CNTT, the Ministry of Education and Training mentions several necessary information systems for the education sector such as:

The Ministry of Education and Training is also planning to deploy an additional video conferencing system to connect the Ministry with Departments of Education and Training and higher education institutions.
