Specifically, according to the instructions in Appendix II issued with Official Dispatch 1318/BGDDT-QLCL, candidates must have a Citizen ID card when completing the procedures to take the 2021 high school graduation exam. Departments of Education and Training and high schools instruct students to have Citizen Identification Cards before submitting the Registration Form.

However, in this Official Dispatch, the Ministry of Education also clearly stated that in case a candidate does not have a citizen ID card, the exam management system will assign the candidate a 12-character code for management. Candidates who want to adjust their wishes to register for university or college admission must register their phone number and email when registering for the exam.

Note: Candidates who have registered for pre-qualification must use Unified Citizen Identification when registering for pre-qualification.

After submitting the Registration Form, candidates will be given an account (Citizen Identification Number) and password to log into the QLT System via the internet at the address http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn. This account is used by candidates to log into the QLT System from the time of registration until viewing exam results, recognition of high school graduation, and admission to universities and colleges. To secure information, when receiving the account and password, candidates should immediately change the password. Candidates need to keep their accounts and passwords secure. In case candidates forget their account and password, they can contact the registration unit to re-issue it.

Depending on the time, when logging into the QLT System, candidates can know information such as: registration information (feedback on errors if any on the QLT System before May 12, 2021); information for recognition of high school graduation (response to errors mentioned on the QLT System before June 1, 2021); examination admission notice; exam result; and high school graduation recognition results.

All documents and certificates of priority and encouragement related to high school graduation recognition must be submitted by candidates to the exam registration site before June 4, 2021.

Also according to this Official Dispatch, the time to collect DDT registration documents and enter candidates' data into the QLT system is from April 27, 2021, to May 11, 2021. After the end of the registration period, candidates are not allowed to change information about the registered test/subject.
