According to Official Dispatch 2115/BGDDT-QLCL, in the following cases, candidates will be exempt from the foreign language papers:
- Members of the national team participating in the international Olympic competition in Foreign Languages as decided by the Vietnam Minister of Education and Training;
- Candidates holding one of the following foreign language certificates which are valid until August 8, 2020 and meet the required scores:
