To be specific, in order to effectively and practically implement the evaluation of teacher standards for primary, secondary, and high schools, which positively impacts the development of teaching staff in general education institutions, on October 1, 2018, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch 4530/BGDDT-NGCBQLGD providing guidance on the implementation of Circular 20/2018/TT-BGDDT, which stipulates the standards for teachers in general education institutions. Attached to this Official Dispatch is Appendix II, which suggests various evaluation forms to be used in evaluating teacher standards, specifically:
