According to the Official Dispatch, in order to implement the Government of Vietnam's direction in Resolution 77/NQ-CP, and at the same time to have sufficient grounds to assess the impact of the proposed tuition fee waiver policy for secondary students from school year 2022-2023, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam requests localities to provide reports on the following contents:

- The number of secondary students supported to pay tuition fees, the level of support for paying tuition fees; and the total support funds according to local regulations;

- The total number of secondary students, the amount of tuition fees, the total amount of funds for tuition fee compensation for secondary students, and the balancing capacity of the local budget.
