Specifically, according to the instructions in this Official Dispatch, from April 27, 2021 to May 11, 2021, exam registration units will collect exam registration documents and photocopies of Citizen Identification Cards (Only candidates who have a high school diploma or an intermediate diploma who want to take the exam to get the results as a basis for admission registration can submit a stamped envelope clearly stating the address. and recipient information if necessary); Enter candidate data into the Exam Management System. After entering the data, print the candidate's exam registration information from the exam management system and hand it to the homeroom teacher or assigned person to organize for students to review and sign for confirmation.

When completing exam procedures, candidates must have a Citizen ID card. Departments of Education and Training and high schools instruct students to have a Citizen ID card before submitting the exam registration form. In the event that there is no Citizen Identification Card, the Exam Management System will assign candidates a 12-character code for management. Candidates who want to adjust their wishes to register for university or college admission must register their phone number and email when registering for the exam.

Note: Candidates who have registered for pre-qualification must use Unified Citizen Identification when registering for the exam and pre-qualification.

After submitting the exam registration form, candidates will be issued an account (a Citizen Identification Number) by the exam registration unit and a password to log in to the internet exam management system at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn. This account is used by candidates to log into the Exam Management System from the time of registering for the exam until viewing exam results, recognition of high school graduation, and admission to universities and colleges. To secure information, when receiving the account and password, candidates should immediately change the password. Candidates need to keep their accounts and passwords secure. In case candidates forget their account and password, they can contact the exam registration unit to reissue them.

Depending on the time, when logging into the Exam Management System, candidates can know information such as: exam registration information (response to errors, if any, on the Exam Management System before May 12, 2021); information for recognition of high school graduation (response to errors mentioned on the Exam Management System before June 1, 2021); examination admission notice; exam result; and high school graduation recognition results.
