On February 10, 2019, Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam promulgating regulations on the minimum amount of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate, college levels in mechanical engineering fields will take effect.
From February 10, 2019, Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) of Vietnam regulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in mechanical engineering and technical fields takes effect.

On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level and college level in technical mechanics fields.
