(These forms are issued together with the Circular 23/2021/TT-BGTVT of Vietnam dated November 5, 2021 of the Minister of Transport guiding the formulation, approval and publication of the project list; methods , criteria for evaluation of bids and bidding for selection of investors in specialized aviation service works at airports and aerodromes).
