Circular 06/2022/TT-BKHDT was issued on May 10, 2022 guiding Decree 80/2021/ND-CP guiding the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), including guidance on supporting SMEs in Vietnam participate in industrial clusters, production and processing value chains.
Support SMEs in Vietnam to join industry clusters, production and processing value chains
Accordingly, SMEs in Vietnam participating in industry clusters and value chains are supported according to the content and level of support specified in Article 25 of Decree 80/2021/ND-CP.
Agencies and organizations supporting SMEs in Vietnam provide support according to the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of Circular 06/2022/TT-BKHDT and a number of specific regulations as follows:
- Support for training at enterprises specified at Point a, Clause 1, Article 25 of Decree 80/2021/ND-CP: comply with Clause 4, Article 12 of this Circular.
- Support SMEs' students to participate in domestic and foreign training courses specified at Point b, Clause 1, Article 25 of Decree 80/2021/ND-CP, including: tuition fees; document; eat; live; travel (including airfare).
The contents of the training courses follow the topics specified in Section 3, Appendix 3.1 of this Circular.
- Support SMEs to maintain accounts on e-commerce platforms specified at Point d, Clause 3, Article 25 of Decree 80/2021/ND-CP: comply with Clause 2, Article 15 of this Circular.
Circular 06/2022/TT-BKHDT takes effect from June 25, 2022, repealing Circular 05/2019/TT-BKHDT dated March 29, 2019 and Circular 06/2019/TT-BKHDT dated 29/ 3/2019.
