Due to the increasingly complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Prime Minister has issued a directive to the heads of agencies, organizations, and enterprises.
To be specific, Section 3 of Directive 13/CT-TTg requires as follows:
3. The heads of agencies, organizations, and enterprises are to take the initiative and concentrate on directing epidemic prevention and control, considering this a key task; strictly handle organizations and individuals who do not seriously fulfill their responsibilities and duties in epidemic prevention and control. Limit the organization of meetings, events, and activities with large gatherings; enhance the application of information technology in directing, managing, learning, electronic declarations, and epidemic control; guide and encourage people to increase the use of online public services.
It can be seen that, according to this Directive, the heads of agencies, organizations, and enterprises have the responsibility to focus on directing epidemic prevention and control as a key task. Directive 13 also emphasizes the need to strictly handle organizations and individuals who do not seriously fulfill their responsibilities and duties in epidemic prevention and control. Meetings, events, or activities with large gatherings should be limited.
For grassroots-level Party committees and authorities, this Directive requires them to focus on quickly identifying suspected cases of infection for appropriate measures; simultaneously, they should mobilize people to limit participation in large-gathering activities and enhance their health and physical activities.
